Return Policy
All of our products are sold subject to the original manufacturers warranty, subject to the restrictions imposed by the manufacturers to all retailers.

Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days of receipt date with the proof of purchase for a full-refund. The following terms apply:

All returns require obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the event that Xpresstechnology.net should ship you the wrong items.

Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 7-14 days of our receipt of the return.

A 15% return fee may apply in the case of an wrong ordered item by the client.

A 15% restocking fee will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.

Original OEM cartridges are non-refundable once the inside packaging is opened.

We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to refund of purchase price of merchandise.

Exchanges
If at any time within 21 days of the sales receipt date you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will exchange the product. The following terms apply:

Packaging Errors
If you received incorrect item(s), please email us at support@xpresstechnology.net or call (949) 481-2493. We will immediately correct our mistake at no cost to you.

Shipping Policy
In order to make your shopping experience more dependable and affordable, Xpress Technology Ltd. and Xpress Holdings, Inc. utilizes USPS First Class or Priority Mail and Fedex Ground depending on the weight and location.

Faster shipping methods such as Overnight Express, 2nd day Delivery are available depending on the items. If the choice is not available during checkout process, please contact us at support@xpresstechnology.net or call us during regular business hours at 1-949-481-2493.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 p.m. PST will be processed by the next business day.

Orders placed Monday-Friday after 12:00 p.m. PST, Saturdays, Sundays and Federal Holidays will be processed by the end of the second business day after being placed.

For orders weighing more than 3 pounds or are bulky additional shipping charges may, and we will contact you with the exact shipping charges if this applies to your order.

For international orders weighing more than 2kgs (4 lbs 6 ounces) or are bulky additional shipping charges may apply and we will contact you with the exact shipping charges if this applies to your order.

Shipping time varies from one country to another. Customs clearance time excluded. Some countries excluded. Applicable duties and/or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery. The shipping address must match the billing address of the credit card used.

Typewriters and paper products and/or products exceeding 4 pounds are subject to additional shipping charges which will be clarified during checkout prior to your finalizing your purchase.
